Feb 1, 2017 • 3 min readWe strive to do the best support for our apps and services, and therefore we want to make it as simple as possible for you to get in touch with us, whether you have found a bug in one of our apps or services, or whether you just need some help in how to do something.
We currently have several ways for you to get in touch with us, these include the following:
There is also our bug tracking system to report to us any issues you find with our apps and services.
However, although we have above contact options, we feel that this may not be the easiest thing to deal with. Not every issue, might be a bug, you might not know if the problem you are having is a bug, a misunderstanding or you might just need some help, so our bug tracking system might not be suitable. You can email us but you might not know what information we need to help, so there's then a bit of back and fourth to try for us to understand what the problem is and be able to help you.
Therefore we are looking into creating our own support portal where it will be a one stop place to get help for common issues, if you can't find the answer from the common issues, then you can submit a question or raise a fault that you have found. We also hope that this will be a community supported portal, so if somebody raises an issue, and they have know the answer, or maybe found a workaround to a bug, they'll also be able to post their own responses, but don't worry, we're not looking at making it community only help, and we won't be involved, that's not us, we will always look into your queries and bugs and provide information back to our users, after all, without you, we won't be making any apps and services.
As we want to make this for our users, we would love to hear what sort of things you would like to see. If you have any ideas, then please feel free to get in touch with us from one of the options above.
This is still in the very early development stage, but we hope in the future, to provide a preview of what is to come.
